NSW Police Force Aviation Command issues warning after spike in laser pointer strikes on aircraft

Laser pointers are in the sights of police following a recent series of incidents endangering the lives of pilots and crew across Sydney.

The Police Force Aviation Command said about a dozen incidents of laser pointers being aimed at on PolAir and other aircraft flying around Sydney had been recorded in a matter of weeks.
